Unhealthy but I eat large amounts of sugar a few hours before bed for big days. Resulting insulin crash helps me sleep.

Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate
Zinc orotate
And regular excercise

Nofap/monk mode helps too

Ideally room should be pitch black and no exposure to any artificial lights for at least an hour before bed.
