I usually have a good sleep routine, follow all the basic advice and it works.
But from time to time I happen to have nights when I fucking can't fall asleep, even though I'm tired both mentally and physically. Idk I usually get excited/stressed about the next day or think about my existance then. And I try to stop but just lay for 2 or 3 or 4 hours and get pissed af. It happens pretty rarely, but I always must wake up early then and daaamn it's a disaster.
I'd like to have something that is able to quickly put me asleep when I just can't but need to. Any advice?
Do you use any sleepmaxing supps?
