I absolutely detest my IPD. It kills my facial harmony, makes my midface look long when it isn’t and makes me look low IQ. 

I really have no chance of ever becoming a chadlite unless I get my IPD fixed.

I’m aware that an orbital box osteotomy could rectify this flaw (especially as I have good palpebral fissure length) but apparently surgeons don’t like performing it for cosmetic reasons.

I’m aware that it’s extremely invasive, even more so than a lefort 3 and that there are risks involved. However, I’m willing to take these risks as I feel I have nothing to lose as a 19 year old KV.

Anyone recommend anywhere that would perform a box osteotomy on me and what sort of costs I’ll be looking at (i’m aware it’ll probably be really expensive).
