In children absolutely, but in adults?
I have most of the crowding on the bottom row. The canines are turned quite a bit, and I don't know if breathing/swallowing properly is enough to fix this.
If it did work it would probably take years, but I don't need them to be perfectly straight.
Worst case I get damon brackets which might actually improve the face, but you still need a retainer for the rest of your life.
