Current skin, teeth, hair routine:

Morning: (in order)
  • After brushing normally, brush with charcoal teeth whitening powder for 2 minutes, rinse after 2 minutes
  • Wash face with warm water
  • Use cleansing scrub weekly on face and neck
  • Use cleansing toner daily with cotton pad on face and neck, leave to dry naturally
  • Apply vitamin E lotion daily to face and neck, leave to absorb naturally 
Evening: (in order)
  • Same as morning without scrub
  • Apply aloe vera gel to face and neck, leave on overnight and wash away in the morning
Hair routine:
  • Shower with cold water, use shampoo once weekly, use conditioner daily
  • Blow-dry hair until dry with cold air [ionised air preferable]
  • Apply small amount of argon oil once weekly after shampoo, massage into scalp and apply through to ends of hair
  • Style with matte clay if required

You're at an ideal physique for starting roids, the low bodyfat will ensure that you hardly aromatize at all.

Looks really extensive. Don't start roids at your bodyweight though it's way too low. Gain some muscle naturally first then move onto low dose roids if you're set on trying them. They DO age you, be very careful tbh, I'm not gonna be on for long. 

Youngmaxxing is VERY underrated.

Isn't this the main clinical use of roids though? To help underweight people (e.g. AIDS patients and deca)?

Modafinil testing 05/04/2018: [1st use, 1pm, 200mg] + Shrooms [1st use, 2:30pm, 1g]
I used modafinil without a plan for the day and went out with friends just to test out the effects. I felt a noticeable improvement in focus, however without a plan for the whole day procrastination was worse than being sober; as I tended to focus relentlessly on various unproductive topics. I felt a noticeable improvement in sociability; in terms of being able to think of many subjects to talk about whilst also lowering my inhibition. In addition I never became more lethargic or fatigued as the day went on due to social interaction; whilst normally I become fatigued from socialising very quickly. 

However the negative effects were that I began to process my surroundings in terms of sight and hearing more acutely, which induced a mild case of sensory overload. My peripheral vision became very clear, allowing me to focus on a whole room instead of a singular point for example. I also began to hear things that were un-noticeable beforehand such the rustling of leaves and the rumble of individual cars whilst talking.

At around 2:30pm I also took a 1g dose of shrooms for the first time for lulz, which makes this information unreliable for future modafinil useage. Whilst on shrooms and modafinil, I felt a slight body high and my surroundings looked more saturated and bright. I also became uncontrollably giggly and very sociable, whilst also having occasional epiphanies which I should've wrote down. The comedown for both drugs caused my eyes to feel a very pronounced heaviness and "tiredness" around 11pm, however I couldn't sleep until 9am.

Changes: Take a 100mg dose of modafinil for testing to avoid undesired effects and take it early in the morning (before 9am,) whilst yah know... not taking shrooms. Also make sure to create a complete plan for what needs to be done for the day to avoid focusing on undesired topics. Lastly I should also log any important thoughts/epiphanies on any drugs I'll be taking in the future throughout the day.
